More fun with heat patina on little etched copper dishes. I think the texture of the relief etching (where the lines of my drawing are raised and the background is etched) particularly suits these patinas, the texture in the background really highlights the colors.

I gave him a heat patina, so now we’ll see how much my sealant dulls the colors. They’re so vivid right now but they won’t last without a sealant, and they all dull the colors to some degree. It’s a bummer about the pitting, because otherwise this etch is quite clean! #goodomens
