In VT in the aftermath of Hurricane Irene small businesses were the places to get free water, ice, news, charge your phone etc. Non-profits organized volunteers to clean basements & deliver groceries. My point: this small scale civic infrastructure is emergency preparedness. #multisolving

A question I hold, without clear answers, concerns the fact that, in my experience (which is just my experience) this flavor of intractability applies to other patterns of abusive behavior, like emotional abuse, gaslighting, bullying.

This is a great read for anyone feeling wibblywobbly at the ongoing everything. I'd like to add that the communities we build to fight fascism are the same communities we need to build to fight against or mitigate climate change. Its all the same fight. Community is vital.
