It seems it's now official. Lilly has effectively levied a fat tax on Canadian prescriptions of its diabetes and obesity medication tirzepatide (aka Mounjaro/Zepbound) whereby if prescribed for obesity, you'll pay nearly double what you'd pay if prescribed for diabetes. More in my Substack

The recent (and first in recorded history) decline in American rates of obesity more easily explicable by way of disproportionate numbers of COVID deaths among those with obesity (especially at its extremes), than it is by way of the impact of new medications for obesity.

Here's me putting it out there that if there's already a built in list feature here it couldn't be that difficult to add in a means to make private lists so that users could make their feeds more wieldy and tailored while still following lots of people.
