I hate that I didn’t make it to the gym tonight. Back tomorrow but getting my routine back sure isn’t easy. The next few months are going to be awful with medical treatments. Just got to keep pushing forward even when I feel like I’m a failure.

Sure is ironic I’ve been removed from family group chats. Then again not shocked. Last family event I attended my anxiety went to 1,000 and made me sick (literally). Just be awesome if I could enjoy seeing my family. I just hope others have good family relations.

Small win today. Insurance approved my treatment for #CIDP, which means the next chapter includes IV infusions and a lot of adapting along the way. Life doesn’t always go the direction you expect, but resilience means adjusting, showing up, and continuing to push forward anyway.

I know most people don’t care what I post here, and that’s fine. But it still hits hard when your own #family puts you #last, dismisses your #voice, and treats you like you don’t #matter. That kind of #mentalabuse slowly kills something inside you. So I learned to keep my #distance.

Interesting how “family vacation planning” works. 1) Adopted child picks the dates. 2) Grandkids and great-grandkids make sure it works. 3) Then the biological child gets "asked"… just not really given a chance to respond. Tells you everything you need to know.

Well it looks like it is possible I will be starting #IVIG treatment for my #CIDP #Neuropathy. Still got hurdles to go through before that would happen but maybe something to stop the progression. What sucks is it may interfere with my trips this year. :(
