I believe a strong case could be made that CR's egregiously sloppy captions on so many shows violate FCC regulation 47 C.F.R. § 79.1(j)(2), (3), and (k), per the CVAA act of 2010, which applies to streaming. It may be time for people to start bombarding the FCC Consumer Complaint Form.
