Really enjoyed Comics 1964-2024, the book of a massive French museum exhibition of international comics art. Fun to see the idea of international comics culture told from a European perspective. The Garo magazine stuff was my favorite.

Mothra vs. Godzilla. The '60s is my favorite era of Godzilla (and toku in general) and this one has everyone from the regular Toho crew operating at the top of their game. Mothra and Godzilla are so compelling as opposing forces and I feel like every subsequent monster v. monster film cribs from it.
