Today is National Apraxia Awareness Day. Tiniest Dude is in the 1% of children who have this neurological disorder. This disorder impacts the ability to control/move your lips, tongue and jaw. We love him so much and are so proud of all his progress and how hard he works.

Tiny Dude cried to sleep tonight because he knows Daddy has an extended work trip coming up. He said he already misses his teacher (spring break has started) and he can't also miss his Daddy too 😭 This boy is so thoughtful and sensitive. He's a true gift to the world.

Tiniest Dude has a cold and this is the first time in his life that he has not needed a nebulizer and/or steroids for his airway. He'll be 4 in May. This just 1 of his medical issues.Absolutely bonkers what this poor boy has gone through in the short time he's been on this earth.

Having an essentially non verbal child can be really hard and today he's having a really hard day and I'm going to just go into the shower and cry

Yesterday at basketball Tiny Dude was given the ball to pass in to start the play and he held the ball and started pointing it at his teammates going eenie meanie minie moe to decide who he passed it too. Everyone thought it was hilarious. I yelled "just pick one!" 🤣

We have non children this morning and my husband wants to deep clean the living room and I am sitting on the couch in sweats watching tv. He can clean around me for all I care I'm not moving lol

All I want to do is watch The Pitt but HBO isn't working and I am very annoyed

Whenever I have to carry the dead weight of my sleeping 40lb 3 year old I am reminded this is why I workout regularly. For my mental health but also to be able to physically carry my children for as long as possible

Ok I'm curious what other parents are paying for birthday parties for their kiddos. I paid $315 total for bowling, pizza, drinks, tokens and cake for 13 kids. That's the cheapest I could find in our area. I think it's a good deal considering places average $500+
