Anyone have a good reference for time to exsanguination from an arterial laceration? Generally seems accepted that 2-5 minutes is enough time to bleed to death from femoral or carotid artery laceration, but does anyone have a reference for this data point?

Activated Charcoal (aka activated carbon) is charcoal exposed to very high temperature, causing it to become super porous. "One teaspoon of activated charcoal has more surface area than a football field." This makes it extra capable at absorbing, although not great at absorbing everything. #ToxRocks
