Today saw the launch of the Portable Antiquities Scheme (2023) and Treasure (2022) annual reports at the British Museum, highlighting record levels of finds submitted for voluntary recording to the PAS (over 70,000) and those reported (1,358) in 2023. Available here: finds.org.uk/publications

They're inside! Syrian rebels are inside the city of #Aleppo. Forces of the #Assad regime seem to have completely collapsed along the frontline. #Syria

Bashar al-Assad, Ayatollah Khameini, Vladimir Putin, your boys just took one hell of a beating.

Some context: It took the Assad regime 4+ years to conquer Aleppo, with the assistance of Iranian, Iraqi and Lebanese Shia militias, and Russian aerial domination. If this offensive continues at this pace, Assad could well lose Aleppo in 4 days.

This woman knows what she's talking about, get her elected.
