According to a former Alligator Alcatraz guard, multiple guards wear this patch while on duty inside. The former guard gave the patch to an elderly protester, who was wearing the uniform of a Nazi concentration camp prisoner outside of Alligator Alcatraz, where he had just been fired from his job.
