The admin banned the trans-inclusive rainbow flag from Stonewall National Monument, and now Gilbert Baker's standard rainbow flag. The Nazis also came for homosexuals, as documented in “The Nazi Era." If history doesn't repeat itself, it's echoing loudly.

I think it’s an (understandable!) error to frame the way bigots talk about trans people as “invalidating” or as thinking we’re “not real” They know we exist! The point is that they want to exterminate us, in whatever ways they can, because they’re seeking a world where that’s no longer the case
