I'm rather surprised how breezy I'm finding Lies of P, considering the demo kicked my ass sideways. Although I wasn't using rapier in the demo I don't think? I also don't think I was bothering to attempt perfect guarding. I guess stuff just clicked for me this time!

I know a little bit about boxing, and I think that's really cool! I do, however, start laughing to myself when I fight an enemy in Lies of P who boxes, and without having fought it before, I know what it's going to throw out.

Lies of P is pretty linear, but that is SO refreshing after wandering around Elden Ring for a bajillion hours and desperately wanting just ONE area to not feel like they put everything at 3x scale to put "BIG OPEN WORLD" on the box.
