Silksong is just sublime. I'm glad I played HK recently because I can see every improvement. The extra parallax layers in the background, the little animation touches, the reactivity between the environment and the player/enemies/NPCs. Hollow Knight was a 10/10 game for me and somehow this is better

Personally don't get the lukewarm response to Mario Kart's free roam open-world (a website scored the game 6.5/10 because of it). I've played it more than the actual races and it's incredible, I'm not always in the mood for a white-knuckle Knockout race and it provides an amazing chill experience.
