Have been playing Heart of the Machine lately. It's a weird time but I'm super into it. Surviving a dystopian hellscape of a city as a suddenly sapient AI, forced to try and survive and thrive in a world that was dying long before you even existed. Very cool time

Super happy with these antidepressants already. I've caught myself a few times this week flicking over to the negative thoughts that tend to screw up my evenings. But so far I've been able to kinda "look" at those thoughts and acknowledge that they're silly and irrational.
