What can we, as language scientists, be doing right now to combat the hateful (and incorrect) language ideology that the US government is pushing? Especially as a sociolinguist, I feel a duty/calling to spread the word and combat linguistic prejudice, but I'm not sure practically how to do so 🗣💬
