Doug-date He's coming home! Were not out of the woods yet but the most terrifying part is over. Now it's monitoring, 5 different meds a day, and crossing everything that can be crossed He was so happy to see us, he's not been home for two days and I'm not sure he understands why

He's due home today but the next 48 hours are critical. The full story is in the post but he got lucky, his intestines split in half and some how the blockage that made him ill saved his life when one intestine slipped part way into the second and it stopped it leaking into his abdomen
