Restarting therapy has been great for me. Getting diagnosed with PTSD and being able to put into words my ‘over inflated sense of responsibility’ has given me the ability to confront them and fight them and figure out ways of managing them.

I am allowed to be sad over things that happened to me. I am allowed to grieve relationships that weren’t relationships. I am allowed to be upset when my needs weren’t met, even after telling people I had those needs. I am allowed.

Have a friends birthday party tonight and I got him a squeaky toy and some art supplies, which means I got to walk through the art supplies/stationary aisle for 30 min. Being friends with an artistic Puppy has its perks. 😂 #PupPlay
