Tonight’s yum is Chilli con Roo. Roo’s great for this kind of meal, it’s very low fat, high protein and iron, and much more sustainable. Would have preferred whole grain rice but didn’t check the pantry levels 😒

I’m back. Maybe. I don’t know. I’m not who I was. A lot has changed. A lot is still unknown and unsure. What is sure is that the world is a burning pile of garbage and misinformation, so I’m back to do what a Dax does and fight it. Nothing else. I’m not here for “me”. There is no “me” now.
