Just had the first @thewelcoming.bsky.social rehearsal with vocals in like half a year and I didn’t blow out my voice, so that feels like a good sign.

Almost a month later and he has the full part down. What this tells me is that I can keep writing insane shit and eventually my band mates will be able to learn it 😂

Had a full band practice for the first time in half a year. Plenty of rust to shake off plus some new songs in the mix. Went pretty well all things considered!
