The Band's stuff is so cheap on Taobao I decided to check out which versions of different albums I prefer. This remaster of Stage Fright is fine but I prefer the anniversary edition remix/remaster/track order.

As much as I generally like what Clearmountain has done with The Band's albums, I think, largely egged on by Robertson, he went a little too far with Cahoots, so it's the earlier remaster I'll most likely be reaching for, most of the time. It improves the original without changing it too much.
