I've gotta drive 8-12 hours a day with sleep apnea until the end of the month to make ends meet. The camping trip showed me that there is likely just some kind of irritant blocking my airways. Probably the cats at both houses I can stay at right now. I slept perfectly in the woods.

Managed to get 5.5 hours of sleep last night. 4.2 events per hour. I'm gradually increasing the CPAP pressure each night until I get <1 per hour.

I got a Vcom to see if it would stop aerophagia from my CPAP like people suggested it would. It did not and I feel like a zombie. A zombie full of air. A zombie wolf balloon. It's much harder not to fall asleep while driving. Gonna talk to my doctor about getting the Inspire implant.
