Played and beat 358/2 Days after taking a break from Kingdom Hearts. I was expecting the worst as I would hear people complain about the gameplay but I honestly kinda like it despite it's issues. Lot of which were probably designed with the system it was made for in mind.

Well I played through and completed the original PS1 Spyro trilogy. My thoughts; Spyro 1: Peak. Spyro 2: Also peak but a different flavour. Spyro 3: The trilogy curse of focusing on a range of gimmicks and minigames really dragged this game down huh. Also lost a bit of charm.

Well thank fuck I decided to order a Thor before they decided to jack up the price and downgrade their storage.

Played and completed OG Spyro 1 for the first time, now that I wrapped up playing the Crash PS1 trilogy. Just a really good game. Just so fucking chill and fun to explore and collect gems. Honestly haven't felt this way about a platformer for a long time or maybe until now?

Played through the original Crash trilogy on PS1 since I went through the N. Sane Trilogy years ago. Games still hold up pretty well. Crash 1 can be really rude and demanding for 100%. 2 is the best one, no questions asked. 3 I know people say is the weakest but I think it's still good.

Always hear people talk about how BN3 is the best in the series. But they never mention shit like needing to constantly change NaviCust parts to traverse the Net, or a lot of the Navi fights being very defensive and having some annoying gimmick. DrillMan sucks ass.

I like how FRLG has a cave on one of the postgame Sevii Islands that does nothing because they never distributed the event. So it's just an empty cave filled with Zubats. Got to wonder what the hell happened that they just didn't bother doing anything with it.

I really question how we got to the point where people rating or calling a game like a 7 out of 10 to them means it's extremely mediocre, or in some cases bad.

I normally don't care about the hundreds of different android powered handheld systems that people gush about for like a few weeks then throw in the trash when a new one comes out. But the Ayn Thor thing with the whole dual screens seems neat at least.

Got fed up of grinding in FRLG so I went in knowing I'd be underleveled. Everyone's level was between 51-55 and getting everyone to the same level would've been miserable. So glad I managed to beat it despite that.

Forgot about the sudden level jump for every important fight after the 7th Gym in FRLG and how much you have to grind for the Elite Four. Also for some reason they make it so you can't use the VS Seeker in caves or buildings. This sucks.

FRLG making me realize how much random encounters in Pokemon outside of the early game, filling out the dex, or grinding (without the VS Seeker) barely even matters. I don't even remember a time where I felt like a wild pokemon has been a threat when it's more like an annoyance.

There's a weird amount of trainers in FRLG that call you a mouse. Gotta wonder if that was just a weird localisation thing they kept in from the original games or what.
