I loved #MCAtlanta, but I have a couple of core complaints (shared with others I've spoken to) that I hope @magic.wizards.com takes into account in the future. Frankly, I feel that the con was falsely advertised to me with Edge of Eternities, only to arrive and see primarily Spiderman. (1/X)

I wouldn’t mind at all if 1 or even 2 sets a year were UB, but they aren’t. Idk, I’m not really sure what to say, or if it even matters. Seeing the game that I love, that shaped who I am today and brought me all of my closest friends, warp into whatever this is… It’s just sad.

Sigh. The magic rules set lives on, but Magic takes another big step towards an unrecognizable pile of references and tropes. Maybe I need a new hobby. Or pick up premodern or old school.
