I personally only take requests for changes on the sketch when working for a client. The only time after that I'll allow changes if if I get a color wrong or miss a detail.

Just a little PSA for those who commission artists, if they send you a sketch update and your response is "looks great" then they send a line art update and tell you they've started coloring, that's not the time to request changes to things. Some will be happy to do so but
