Teamspeak would be so good as an alternative if it BUMPS free self-host server capacities. 32 MAXIMUM is a sad state of affairs, as every other feature it does pretty well in. Mumble is just voice and limited text... which is sad, because I've heard the audio quality IS pretty good on there.

This continues to be my issue. Looking on Reddit or other sites, people keep pitching good partial solutions that are "IRC or Teamspeak" that are centered around groups of maybe 20-30 people. This is gonna be pretty disruptive to me, who hosts multiple servers that have 60-100+ people each.
