I saw "Better Man" over the weekend. Absolutely amazing flick. I was under the impression that Robbie Williams was a fictional character. Imagine my surprise to learn that he's not only very real, but the most famous pop star I'd never heard of.

Had a glitch in the matrix this weekend. I attend an event Sunday. Go to check my pockets after, wallet is MIA. 3 witnesses will attest in court that I checked my coat pockets 3 times. I check everywhere I stopped and no dice. I hang up my coat this morning and it was in the pocket the whole time.

Got my break/assembly room all cleaned up (before and after). No proper shop is complete without a bench seat salvaged from an old van or pickup. So nice to have some space again.

Day 6 of no internet. Continuing to be productive as fuck and moving forward on projects. I'm enjoying my work again and having fun with it. I have help coming later and we'll commence a long-needed major cleanup and re-organization.

Day 3 of my internet sabbatical. Almost hit my physical limit of working, my feet and body are so sore, but I'm getting so much shit done. Just two more days then I can rest. I need to figure out what to do after I restore service so I don't get distracted again.

Day 2 of no internet. Got 10 hours production plus 2 hours ancillary tasks. Not used to this much activity since last summer, but it's a good kind of hurt.

My internet sabbatical seems to be helping. 11 hours of solid production plus two additional setting up for spraying. When there's nothing else to do but work, then the default activity is getting shit done.

(Typing this from a cafe) I'm taking a break from the internet for a few days. My executive dysfunction is really bad, coupled with my social media addiction has severely compromised my ability to work. Without the distraction of the world, I'll be more motivated and focused on production.

I don't understand why any community service providers would use A.I. this late in the game. They know how we feel about it. They know how destructive it is. Certainly they should also know how much it will cost them in direct sales and goodwill. What's their logic?

Storytime. When I was 18 still living at home, I had a secret video camera setup for personal diaper vids. One time a family friend asked mom to record an episode of Golden Girls, and the only tape we had had my content on it. I made sure the entire tape got recorded over with that episode.

Day 3 of this flu and really in the thick of it. Head filled up with gunk and nose leaks like an overfilled diaper. I think it's messing with my gut, too, hunger takes on a truly painful twist and I'm farting like crazy. Friends brought me some food which was really nice of them.

Interesting experience. I'm taking 4 each ibuprofen, acetaminophen, and aspirin for my flu. They really help with the overall discomfort so I can function. I learned that when they peter out after 8 hours, the crash is almost immediate...and harsh. Deep chills, shaking, and brain zaps.
