There's something a bit sad about Three switching off their 3G network when they were the first to launch it in the UK. Also seem to recall that all of their launch phones were batsh*t crazy looking things, back when phones weren't just glass rectangles. The future was exciting once upon a time.

I very much admire Keith Haring's artwork, however I very much don't admire messing with wayfinding like this - especially on large and busy public transport networks - no matter how well intended it might be.

It's not our place to bring back the whole thing (as much as I'd like to), but it's fair to say that the style of the latest version of the LNER route map was inspired by this 👀

It may be long overdue (and on another evil billionaire-enabling platform) but I'm glad that we're finally getting a film about the incomparable John Candy - although if the way the trailer got me is anything to go by then I'm not sure I'm ready for it.

Embracing the Swedish death cleaning mindset at the moment. One of the hardest parts of dealing with Simon's belongings is not knowing what value he held in the things he owned. Being able to consciously part with stuff I own but that I know I'll likely never enjoy to its potential now is cathartic.

Finally got a good look at the Mersey Ferry "Snowdrop", wearing her spectacular Peter Blake dazzle ships-inspired livery. Unveiled in 2015, I'm ten years late to the party but she was worth the wait.
