Started up game #3 today, Chaos Legion, after giving up on PCSX2 on Bazzite and just running it on Windows (filed two bug reports, yay!). This game is peak 2000’s edginess, and so far is pretty fun! I’m about an hour in, and am starting to understand the game’s flow

Nearing the end of Legend of Legaia, I think. Storywise this is such an original, interesting setting, with a surprising amount of body horror. Gameplay I do like it, but parts of it don’t hold up super well over time, mainly to how slow paced combat is. Overall I’d say try it if you like PSX!

It took a long time, but I finally have had to bring out a new steam controller. I can put up with a lot of idiosyncrasies, but my left bumper stopped working on a mechanical level, and I know with these it’s kinda screwed. It worked for at least five years of daily use, which is impressive!

I’m still highly enjoying Persona 5 X! I’ve played a good 360 hours of it since launch. It is delivering exactly what I would want from a Persona gacha game, with the story being surprisingly excellent, the combat being a ton of fun, and not needing crazy character upgrades to succeed at playing!

Discovered in a late game boss fight in Legend of Legaia that the point card you use in shops is actually an attack item. It stores up money you’ve spent and using it does a giant attack! It did 9999 and pretty much one shot them 😆
