A6. Students should feel completely free to ask if something isn't clear and we have to listen and respond. Our aim should be to reach a point where students shouldn't have to ask for anything to be explained. #LTHEchat

I think in some cases, the hidden curriculum could be significantly reduced by just getting everyone singing from the same hymn sheets. Better training, more standardisation and stricter procedures, for example. Students can have different experiences from one module to the next #LTHEchat

I think more needs to be invested in understanding students cultural backgrounds. Different cultures have different values, communication styles, behaviour expectations & societal structures. Understanding the role of cultural backgrounds in is crucial for fostering equitable education. #LTHEchat
