In Williamson, 35-40% typically vote Dem. In the CD7 special, it swung ~10 points left. In a likely high Dem & low GOP turnout year, a huge # of highly motivated Black voters in CD7 is a game-changer. What the GOP did to Memphis is inexcusable.
