I picked up a used Thinkpad noted for the touchpad and trackpoint not working. Last night and tonight I checked Lenovo Diagnostics, Windows and Linux drivers, etc., still no input. Auto-update couldn't pull anything. I had to manually find a set of drivers, and now it's working! It feels good :)
