Last night’s dinner was a Flemish stew called Carbonnade Flamande. This was a really fun adventure to make—a little floral, tangy, and sweet (and traditionally served over fries or mashed potatoes, which caught my eye!). I’ll definitely make it again!

Créme Fraîche the cat has seen The Lion King 7 times in 2026 (this is viewing number 7 this AM). He can identify the bird call at the beginning of the movie & immediately jumps on his movie-watching stool to tune in again. He is absolutely throwing off my Disney+ stats.
