The problem with only moving two hours away from the place I lived for my entire adult is that I'm not really motivated to make new friends.

At the end of 2022, I was feeling sad and lacking direction. Some friends and I gathered to create vision boards. With photos off the internet, cut out magazine pages, stickers, and washi tape, we put together what we wanted our futures to look like.

This was my life in 2024 with my low heart rate. Maybe not for 2025?

Good things from 2024: I did TMS therapy to improve my mental health, I got married, and I finally got to claim my husband's dog as my own.
