If this was a state or local officer, relief would be obvious through Ā§Ā 1983 (even post Nieves v. Bartlett)āno probable cause, no exigency, just targeting of speech. But that law does not apply to federal officers.
A four-word amendment changes that. Democrats should be proposing it now.
