I hate how mean I am to myself. I skip class then feel guilty. I’m tired so I feel like a failure. I’m not productive so I’m worthless. I mess up one time & it’s the end of the world. Choosing myself is a conscious decision not a default. How can I enjoy anything like this? Why am I so mean to me?

I feel like I’m the kind of person ppl see & they’re like damn, life just keeps kicking you huh? And like yeah it does keep kicking me, I wish it would stop. Just got publicly shamed at work. I love how when I first started this degree I’d cry in the shower bc of homework & now at the end of this degree I’m barely making deadlines & crying over my internship. Like that paper? Still not done. I was exhausted yesterday. I had a migraine. So work sleep work

So I rlly have to work tmrw 8:45am-5:30pm & finish this paper afterwards. I have to be up at 7am, but I still need to do dishes… I haven’t washed my hair in over a week, didn’t do my laundry this weekend, the licensure application is still just sitting there & idek what to pack for lunch tmrw.

ATP I say I procrastinate my homework so much that even my parents are making fun of me 😭 My parents arguing about whether or not I wrote that 6 page paper. Like I ain’t even fully read through the guidelines. It was due yesterday but I feel no sense of urgency.

Went to class today, which was a mix of learning data analysis in excel, peers trying to convince our professor to watch heated rivalry and him teaching us a rural Appalachian kids game. No way I pay 7.5k a semester for this 😭 But at least I’m hot I guess??? Photo dump !! 💗

My niece’s birthday party is this weekend and none of my homework is done. She’s gonna be one years old and I’m really glad that by the time her sibling is born (late may) I won’t be in school anymore 😭 Free me from these shackles bruh

Having my new supervisor say he’s sorry that I experienced so much turmoil with the old supervisor and that he was talking to other ppl in the clinic about their challenges with her so he believes me is wild. Furthermore that other ppl noticed I was being bullied by her is even crazier.

Reasons I should not be allowed to talk to my coworkers tbh, bc why is one of the other clinicians on ch3 of my family lore & caught me walking to work once 😭… why were we talking about how we have to consciously not say the n word at work around all these white ppl. Why do I feel embarrassed now 💀

Being a therapist kinda sucks. I’m graduating in May so I finish my internship in April. & dont get me wrong I’m glad, but my clients meant a lot to me. It’s a professional relationship despite how close you get. I got ppl looking at me like 🥹 & I’m all like 😬… so good year never see u again

I cried on the way home. There are some parts of grad school no one rlly talks about, that no one can rlly prepare you for. I gave my everything for this. Some nights it doesn’t feel worth it anymore. I want more for myself than this. I truly do want my life to be more than constant pain & effort.

Idk how I feel so overwhelmed when I spent all day yesterday doing nothing. I feel overwhelmed bc now I still have to do all the same stuff but in less time great !! Fucking peachy
