Good morning! Started a little something today called 'Crisol: Theater of Idols'. Action survival horror with lots of Bioshock DNA, and it has been pretty damn grotesque and captivating so far.

That's a wrap on Replaced ✅ Solid (indie?) game with a very thrilling story and world. Although the final act is pretty exciting in general, the combat did start to get repetitive by the end though. Read about the development around this game and it is an honor to be able to play this today.

So… Metro Exodus might straight up be one of the most beautiful games I have ever played. I completely forgot how good it looks, goddamn.

Trying something different and out of my comfort zone: Replaced Big fan of the art direction and atmosphere because anything Cyberpunk is a big yes for me. And surprisingly, it has very damn good combat also.

Metro Last Light ✅ Jumping in straight after 2033 really makes this one shine. The way combat scenarios are more carefully crafted, stealth sections have more depth and how much more cinematic and ambitious it feels overall. Artyom's journey here is quite insane, and there's still one more to go.

Crimson Desert is a game that keeps me curious and interested yet I have no idea what’s going on most of the time lol.

Woke up screaming and drenched in sweat. Had a nightmare that I was playing a video game I didn't want to play because no one posted "play what you like" on Bluesky for 3.5 hours.

Why do I always see posts saying “play what you want” ok real talk, other than someone being paid to play a game, who is out there playing games they don’t want to?? Playing bc your friends are or bc it’s popular and you want to be part of the conversation is reason enough to want to play games.

I am not really a football guy overall but to see my beautiful small home of Curaçao (444 km2) on the biggest event in the World, with the flag on display, and its anthem being sung to billions makes me extremely happy and proud. We got eliminated today, but we made unforgettable history. 💙💛

With the hype kicking in for the new game, I decided to revisit and beat Metro 2033 after many many years. I don't think I gave these games the love and dedication they deserved back in the day, but I have now become a fan for sure. Actually considering getting into the books also.

Just a reminder, the company you work for does not care about you. You could drop dead today while working and they will replace you in a short amount of time. I say this only because we collectively need to stop giving these companies all of our energy even when we’re off the clock.

I absolutely understand taste/preference, but too many gamers draw too many lines in the sand and end up boxing themselves in.

I have nearly 30 hours in Crimson Desert and this was the first time I felt like I made any progress of any sorts when I defeated the Crimson Nightmare, liberated that outpost and also fought the Reed Devil lol.
