Arc Raiders has been a fun experience with local friends, shit, even coworkers. Something I would have never imagined I’d be doing. The solo morning sessions have been the highlight of my time with the game so far though.

Yeah man I know everyone is loving the sequel, but Kingdom Come Deliverance is finally clicking with me (on PC!) and it has been joyful. Very cozy RPG to end the year with, tbh. I got too much pride to start with the second game, there's too much to digest here, I could never ignore it, sorry.

Platinum Trophy #108 belongs to the one and only Doom: The Dark Ages.

I am scratching my head because I really wanna play Ghost of Yotei... but there's some stuff lurking around + others that I am playing that have my full attention right now.

Doom: The Dark Ages is one of the most incredible action games I have played in years. And honestly, out of the modern trilogy, the one with the most sauce. The Slayer is an aura machine of pure hatred and I just loved every second of the carnage I caused for 20 hours. Top 3 of 2025, btw. 🏆10/10.

Good day. I finished all the campaign trophies/achievements for Battlefield 6. (Which I truly enjoyed, maybe I have terrible taste?) Now I am locked in with Doom The Dark Ages and some smaller horror games on PC here and there. Hope everyone's doing well, namaste.

Good evening. Today I wrapped up filming of a documentary for a local musician/theater director. Been keeping myself busy with work and projects, but I am dying to jump into Battlefield 6 and Doom TDA.

Listen, I am not even halfway through it. But Doom The Dark Ages is already in the top 3 list of 2025. Holy fuck what a game, still in disbelief this is what people were crying about so much.

Finally rolled credits for the story of Borderlands 4. I know the overall sentiment with this game, but I really enjoyed it. Also, Rafa is the GOAT. The story while much better than 3, feels very disconnected no thanks to the open world, plus a serious lack of time invested in its character.

Alright, I have put 40 hours into Silent Hill f and reached the “final” true ending. I still have to go through the Lost in the Fog difficulty and some collectibles to get, but I think I need a little break now to focus on Borderlands 4.

🎮 Silent Hill f Reached the UFO ending and continued my NG+ journey. I love the expansion of the story and new areas to visit, it all feels incredibly rewarding. I think it’s something I would like to see more games do, instead of repeating everything with minor changes to get specific endings.

Games I wanna go through in October season:

I want to emphasize: This is Silent Hill in every aspect. It gets the concept of the franchise perfectly. The character study, world building, the psychological... everything. And using that in a different environment, setting with a unique focus in gameplay, to me, is genius. Bravo, NeoBards.

Finished my first run of Silent Hill f. While it started a bit bittersweet, I think this game won me over quickly. It is terrifying and heartbreaking, the combat just kept getting better and Hinako is incredible. There’s so much to love and uncover here and I’ll be spending a lot of time with it.

+5 hours later and I actually think Silent Hill f is getting better and better. The combat is really fun and all about timing, with puzzles that uses the world and environment to make things more interesting. I do still think it is a bit too linear, but I can live with it.

Me seeing people quickly finish games that take me weeks or even months to beat.

Silent Hill f has been a curious experience so far. I’m digging the vibes, the characters and it doesn’t lack in the horror department. But I can’t avoid raising an eyebrow at how straightforward and tutorial heavy it is. I hope it opens up a bit more later and doesn’t tell you what to do.

The whiplash of playing this and then Resident Evil Requiem two weeks later will be monumental. 10/10 can’t wait

✅ Cronos: The New Dawn Without question, Bloober's best original IP. While this is a clearly safe and inspired Survival Horror game, it really just does everything it wants to express very well. The intensity never stops, and the world building here has a huge potential. Easy top 3 this year.
