It would be nice if we discussed the old English Sailor Moon dub beyond “omg they made them cousins.”

On this day, April 15, in 2008, I uploaded what would become my most popular artwork, The Justice League of Anime. It took on a life of its own. I'm very proud of and I still find people discussing it now and again. Coincidentally, I've been thinking about it a lot recently. I still see potential.

From my research, and iirc, the set up of "Angel knows things she couldn't know and Big Duo reaches out to her" has no punchline and was just supposed to be mysterious for the sake of being mysterious, so don't lose your grip on tryna figure this one out--but we can try!

The animation is so suspect that a friend and I have even debated as to whether Oliver is purposefully pretending to eat his share of ham and giving it all to Laura; or if his portion was simply not animated on his plate (I prefer the former explanation, honestly, but the latter isn't unrealistic)

I need to dig up all the articles I found where staffers went on record to talk about how bad the on air version was.

Watching almost anything from Sailor Moon Crystal makes me sad.

The future the Rocket trio sees for itself.

I love how the show's animation staff took the effort to design these Rocket costumes, all for a scene that lasts less than ten seconds.
