How's your gaming backlog?

I think the hardest thing for me in my adult life is that I get burnt out of the job I'm working at by the 2 year mark every time. I go in and I'm told there's upward movement, trust - there isn't. I'll be in the same position with more work and have to fight for a raise every time. This shit is ass
