Well, that aged well...

Eventually I managed to get a little sleep. Ironically it was my inability to sleep well lately due to all the other stresses I've got going on that meant I was awake to hear movement from the kitchen. I'm okay, the guy wasn't aggressive, just confused.

My heart is racing. Came downstairs in the middle of the night to find some drunk guy in our kitchen. Shooed them away and been on a call to the police.

Full disclosure we have, a few days ago, endured a death in her family that has come as quite a shock. Not been in a good place due to this so apologies for being quiet.

Replacing a rear tyre on a fat e-bike is such a pain in the backside. Sweating like made and feeling faint from exertion right now.

Sorry I've been mostly quiet on socials for... Let's be honest, quite a while barring the odd thing here or there. I've been kind of struggling mentally for a while and found myself closed off. I don't know what the solution is, but please know I think about all my friends and acquaintances a lot.

Crazy thoughts. If I were to open up to make these for people.. 1. How much would you be willing to pay for such a thing? 2. What shapes would you like to see? I am considering designing a few more if there's interest.

Ubiquitous tri-colour silk articulated dragon!

Gave the 0.2mm nozzle a try. Mixed results but it's not a bad first go, the smoothness of the layers is incredible, I think the lost details can be fixed by dialling in my settings (and not making the mistake of using matte filament)

Really been getting into the 3D printing. Already made some cash from work colleagues looking to get custom trinkets to decorate their desks. And just printed this fat little shit for @desduck.bsky.social

I was genuinely overjoyed at how this came out. Found a stencil image of Donald online, converted it, imported into tinkercad then made the mug stencil shape using primative shapes. Might have to make a bunch of different ones of these.
