@viddersadmin.bsky.social how do you get around the lj API limits? After about 1000 calls to endpoints like getcomments they ban the IP. Did you figure out a timeframe when that resets?

I won't be at Lightbox Expo (I wish!) but if all goes well, my little sketchbook will be for sale at Stuart Ng's booth. It'll be a version that's produced locally, with a printed cover, so I don't have to ship 150 hand drawn ones across the ocean. I picked a cover I sketched during a con recently.

It's already well over 10 years ago that @karpour.bsky.social and I built Willie Wasbeer, a mascot for Gaia Zoo in Kerkrade. The drawings are from even longer ago; some of the stickers date back to 2007 and were among my first paid jobs when I got out of high school.

I really loved doing con badges. I have a whole collection by others myself. I would love to do them again, but they're pretty elaborate so I haven't had time...? It's pretty nerve wracking to put original art through a laminator!
