We raised a $200M Series C, now we're putting it to work. New compute sleds with the latest AMD EPYC CPUs are coming. We're also working with Xsight Labs on next-gen switch silicon with a fully open instruction set architecture (ISA). The Register has the details:

Alex Pretti, Renee Good, and Keith Porter Jr. were murdered. Marimar Martinez was shot. Mahmoud Khalil was arrested and jailed. The next could be you. What’s at stake isn’t just our democracy. It’s also your safety and security and that of your loved ones. This is personal — to every one of us.

The
@frame.work
16 w/ 5070 build day went pretty smoothly It didn’t want to install Ubuntu via the USB-C ports but worked fine on the USB-A port 🤷‍♂️ WiFi card was slightly tougher to swap for an Intel AX210 than I expected due to getting the antenna retention bracket back on

I'd forgive you for assuming that we merely integrate components fully designed and manufactured overseas; that's how most computer companies work today. But did you know that our system PCBs are designed in-house and laid down in Ontario or Chippewa Falls and our products carry a USA COO?

Per-core license, per-socket license, it doesn't matter. The pricing keeps changing, but somehow you always lose. At Oxide, we believe that cloud infrastructure should come complete with all system software built-in. Stop optimizing for licensing models. Start optimizing for your business needs.

Customers are clear: they need compute infrastructure they can verify and audit. Not mystery code in proprietary firmware.When you can inspect every layer of your infrastructure, you're not just running servers – you're running a system you can trust AND verify.

I’m fascinated by the use of ancient computer photos in news articles about current components. Are these photos the only ones on royalty free photo sites and they just refuse to pay anything to use newer ones? Do we need to set a 5090 on fire so they have a newer photo to use?
