Tennis today was extra challenging. The heat was way too high for me but I pushed, until I realized I was no longer pushing in that good way (past my comfort zone into challenging...) but I was starting to just be stubborn in that way that can lead to injury. Extra grief feelings today. I miss life before he came down that damn escalator. And I know this country has been one problem after another since its "founding," but my god... I'm extra tired today, emotionally and mentally.

I don’t like to eat right upon waking. But I do go to the gym as soon as I wake up and I’m mostly lifting and I’m wondering if I should be fueling as a fully menopausal human.
