Canada is the world's leading producer of lentils - which are a good source of protein, iron, & fibre. They're cheap, can be used in a wide range of recipes and are shelf stable for a year if stored properly.

I was able to navigate the crowd to step outside Hamilton City Hall to take this photo of the over 100 people protesting on the forecourt. They can be heard from inside the Council Chambers as the Committee of Adjustment listens to public delegations against Steelport's data centre plans.

I use Copilot at my office. It is every bit as crazymaking as ChatGPT, but with an MS corporate sheen on top. I'm of the belief that there *are* ways for ethical LLM/Transformer tech to exist, but these piratical sycophantic delusion machines being sold by MS and OpenAI have no place in schools.

JFC. More money wasted. Here, spreading unfounded fear while not solving homelessness. Return rent control to vacant units, provide affordable housing, increase ODSP payments, & more. Some people (including Ford) just shouldn't live in cities because they're afraid of everyone who isn't like them.
