I'm still learning g-posing so have a cutscene shot instead... Thancred and Ardbert are the same height, but both are taller than K'rina. It's an arrangement they all like. K'rina likes being wrapped in their arms and they like feeling protective over her.

I don’t think ppl understand the whole “who cares if nobody likes it! make content for yourself” is extremely dismissive Bc we ARE making the content for ourselves but it feels /bad/ when people don’t engage or show interest. You can care about both at the same time

Thanks to K'rina and Ardbert switching out and tag teaming Zenos, she wasn't quite on the brink of death, but she was still in bad shape. There was no triumphant walk off the ship, and it took her around a week to come to afterwards... which was really hard on her family. +

I'll say it again, Art is communication. "Create for yourself" really means "Create art that communicates who you are." And one sided communication feels terrible. Commenting on peoples art/creations can be scary, I get it. But COMMENT. COMMUNICATE. We want to hear it. I want to hear it.

K'rina is generally either a little early or right on time unless something has specifically held her up (fight, mission, etc.). Though how long she stays depends on the event and her mood. It's very rare for her not to go at all and a sign that something is deeply wrong.

Thancred and Ardbert got hit with that almost immediately, though Thancred was very much in denial for a good while before admitting he was in love. K'rina was slower. She didn't have her moment with Thancred until he reappeared in HW and Ardbert didn't happen until they fought each other.

K'rina has her chocobo Tsunami, her fox kit Mochi, her gryphon Talon, her cumulus (which she sort of accidentally acquired in StB), and her electrope motorcycle as of DT. She also technically got a bby Torgal after helping Clive out, but she gave him to her husband Ardbert.

K'rina is from Doma, which I envision as fantasy China with a lot of Japanese influences. As such, Doman is effectively Mandarin in my mind so K'rina will pepper her speech with Doman words. She also tends to fall back on very formal third person speech when she's stressed or overwhelmed. +

A little of both? The free company I'm in as a player isn't part of my lore as it would be too complicated to properly fit the people in it into the story. However, K'rina IS part of a free company that I made up, and I've taken some inspiration from my actual free company for the people in it.

By and large most of the major events remain the same, but I do change a lot to reflect how K'rina would react to situations, how I've interpreted NPCs beyond what's shown, and shuffled when things happen (most of HW) or outright changed events (Ardbert rejoins with K'rina in HW and not ShB).
