3/ And it is worth pointing out that the existence of the Supreme Court decision (or the EHRC interim guidance) does not give the UK govt a get out of jail free card with regard to its #childrights obligations under international law including the UN Convention on the RIghts of the Child #UNCRC

2/ it would be interesting to know to whether the EHRC carried out a full child rights impact assessment of its proposals. This was particularly important given that the Supreme Court did not specifically address schools/children in any detail in its analysis.
