Making Calibri the standard was a universal design choice. If people need Calibri on a case-by-case basis, that process now becomes cumbersome and inefficient. Likely creates more bureaucracy (on top of the strange cruelty of it all).

On the last day of Civil Rights Litigation, students discussed this great piece by Leah Goodridge. This semester students chose which pieces of scholarship they wanted to serve as discussion leaders for, and it was wonderful to see the way they engaged with this and many other terrific pieces.

Nicole Porter’s work has been so important to understanding disability law and her leadership helped make our affinity group a reality. Congrats, Nicole!

After being stuck in committee for four years, the Pa. Senate passed the CROWN Act Wednesday with a vote of 44-3. That means employers and school officials can’t bar people from jobs or schools for wearing their hair as it grows out naturally or choosing styles that protect it.
