my biggest asset as a fighting game player is that my rivals genuinely want to see me suffer. your rival is beating you in 3 different games, my rivals are doing that and then ringing in the new year to a video of them beating me in my favorite game. we are not the same. true hatred is powering me.

good way to end off the year

these are the absolute heavy hitters but I'm still leaving off like 50 other films that are just as amazing.

I watched so many good movies this year. I was working up the year-end favorite first watches list and I hit 50 movies before I realized it is impossible to whittle this down to 10 or 20 or even 30 favorites. I'm just constantly discovering directors/actors/movement rabbit holes to fall down.
