I teach 6 different classes, and in the first few weeks of the year there was 1 that definitely challenged me quite a bit. Big gulp (and prayer!) before they walked in each day. Now? Hands down my favorite classroom community. Reminder-to-teacher-self: Be patient. (The best things take time.)
