The biggest deterrent to driving is usually traffic congestion itself. The Dept of Transport, TII, the NTA, ACP & both Galway councils have all endorsed a plan based on two key pillars: 1. Making driving easier by building the #N6GCRR. 2. "Encouraging" car commuters not to avail of the new road.
