If you haven't seen beta2 toxicity use an infusion

Continuous albuterol(salbutamol) recommended despite no evidence of benefit over intermittent (old news, more side effects in the smalls) and seemingly because - its more work for staff. Child" improves" , inhale an ever increasing dose, more side effects, breath hard, look worse, feel like crap !
